DESCRIPTION:Warmer weather is officially here! \nWe are moving the weekly group meditation back outdoors as of May 20th\, 2024! \nPlease park along the eastern fence line on the Polestar property and head to the Temple of Trees (covered pavilion).  (Please do not park on W Plum.) Feel free to come as early as 5:45PM to get settled. \nMONDAY Evenings\, 6 to 7:30PM \n\n6-6:15PM- Chanting & brief guided meditation\n6:15-7PM- Silent group meditation\n7-7:30PM- Satsang / spiritual discourse & group sharing\n\nLet’s create sacred space together; feel free to bring something that is special to you to add to the altar! \nBring anything you’ll need for comfort like a meditation cushion\, blanket & water bottle.
