DESCRIPTION:We will gather in a small studio on the east side of the property (for winter use). There will be a Polestar sign or person to guide you to the studio. Ok to text us at 8089368518 to let us at know you are coming so we can watch for you. \nPlease park along the eastern fence line on the Polestar property.  (Please do not park on W Plum.) Feel free to come as early as 5:15PM to get settled. \nMONDAY Evenings\, 5:30 to 7:00PM \n\n5:30-5:45PM- Chanting & brief guided meditation\n5:45-6:30PM- Silent group meditation\n6:30-7PM- Satsang / spiritual discourse & group sharing\n\nLet’s create sacred space together; feel free to bring something that is special to you to add to the altar! \nBring anything you’ll need for comfort like a meditation cushion\, blanket & water bottle.
