DESCRIPTION:Winter is officially here! With the cold temperatures and snow\, we have moved the weekly group meditation indoors.Our gracious neighbors\, Bill & Claudia\, are hosting us in a studio attached to their house directly adjacent on the east side of the Polestar land. As usual\, please park along the eastern fence line on the Polestar property\, and follow the lights to the gate. Enter the gate and walk through the back yard (please close the gate). There will be a Polestar sign to guide you. Please come as early as 5:15PM and doors close at 5:30PM. \nNew Year/2023 Format: \n\n5:30-5:45PM- Brief meditation lesson and guided meditation\n5:45-6:30PM- Silent group meditation\n6:30-7PM- Satsang / spiritual discourse & group sharing\n\nLet’s create sacred space together; feel free to add something that is special to you to the altar! \nBring anything you’ll need for comfort like a meditation cushion\, blanket & water bottle. \nDirections: \nPut Plum & Kimball in your GPS / Turn west on Plum and go through the gate / turn left to park. \n*** \nDonate and Join the Polestar Ohana! \nWe are grateful for your active participation in the ongoing expansion of Polestar Gardens and the creation of Polestar Village. \nDonations like yours will continue to build our vision of community and support the physical\, mental\, and spiritual development of students of all ages. \nYour contributions directly impact every aspect of Polestar: \n– the garden\, \n– meditations \n– kirtan \n– planning for elder care\, attainable\, energy \nefficient housing\, child education \n– and much more! \nMahalo!
