Please join the music and celebration next door instead! Here are the details! \n\n\n******************************\n\n\nPolestar Gardens & Moon Shadow Meadow Invite You to a Fall Equinox Kirtan Celebration!\n\n\n\nWHEN: Friday\, August 23rd\, 5-8PM\nKirtan is 5 to 7 PM with a picnic dinner to follow 7 to 8 PM.\n\n\n\nWHAT IS KIRTAN? Derived from a Sanskrit root meaning to call\, recite\, praise\, or glorify\, put simply\, kirtan is the act of praising and glorifying some form of divinity including the Divine found in yourself. Because music is particularly potent as a vehicle of conveying one’s emotions\, music is especially effective at evoking feelings of Love and Higher Consciousness. Kirtan is therefore viewed as an exceptionally powerful practice through singing and music together.\n\n\n\nPARKING: Parking is limited on property\, reserved for those with less mobility. Overflow parking in the Genesis parking lot on Prospect & Lemay. We are right on the Spring Creek bike trail between Stover and Lemay- feel free to bike in and carpool!\n*We’ll hold this event rain or shine- there is covered space if needed.
