We (Polestar Gardens, the developer) are working with Connell Resources, Inc. to do the horizontal construction for Phase 1. Construction began on Monday, February 16th and will likely take about 6 months to complete.

As of May 20th, all the grading, detention pond, and underground utilities are complete for Phase I. Paving for Orchard Place and Polestar Way will commence in the coming weeks which we hope will normalize, at least somewhat, foot and vehicle traffic.  Drainage improvements near the Saddle Ridge Retention Pond and the detention outflow will be completed over the next several week.
