Here are some important details about this site:
- Preliminary Estimated Pricing for completed units, Community Fees, and CC&Rs have been published and will continue to be updated as more information becomes available.
- The timeline for building each individual unit is dependent on the sequence of the ‘horizontal construction’ (roads / infrastructure etc.) which is not yet determined. Your choice or preference for particular units, aggregated with other buyers, will determine the most efficient path forward for construction.
- The B2 duplex building is currently the only one that has active 3d viewing – we are hoping to add this feature to more units in the coming weeks.
- The financial arrangements are slightly different for investing in the TIC, but you can still ‘reserve’ units in the TIC: more information on this process coming soon.
