Welcome to Polestar Village's Construction Update Page

We (Polestar Gardens, the developer) will be working with Connell Resources, Inc. to do the horizontal construction for Phase 1. Heavy equipment has already arrived on site and started moving dirt. They started on Monday, February 16th and are telling us they will be done moving dirt in about 14 days. The whole Phase I infrastructure project will likely take about 6 months.

W Orchard Place will be extended to the Saddle Ridge Flood control pond area and Phase I will include a large detention pond that will tie into the Saddle Ridge flood management system. There will be times when we can’t walk along W Orchard Place because of the heavy equipment working there.
