Welcome to Polestar Village's Construction Update Page
We (Polestar Gardens, the developer) are working with Connell Resources, Inc. to do the horizontal construction for Phase 1. Construction began on Monday, February 16th and will likely take about 6 months to complete.
Phase I horizontal construction (infrastructure) is continuing at
Polestar Village. Orchard Place and Polestar Way are now fully paved
and almost all of the underground work is complete. We are hoping to
complete phase I by late July or early August.
We apologize for the disruptions in the neighborhood which we know have been significant for some of you. Feel free to contact us if there is anything we can help you with.
