Phase I is almost complete: underground utilites are in place and the roads and sidewalks are paved. Completing the “Rain Garden”, final grading and seeding will all be complete by the end of September. Landscaping will begin this fall but be completed in spring. 

We appreciate our neighbors who have largely been patient and understanding through this very disruptive process – we are glad it is almost complete!
